Inferences drawn from other personal information — not collected.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or health data) unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for purposes including:

Operating, maintaining, and improving the Site

Delivering the client portal, including storing and sharing your project files
Sending newsletters or marketing communications, where you have opted in

We do not sell your personal information for money.

The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. This information is transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, typically by matching the information you provide against information we already have on file. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by law, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests, of which we will notify you.

Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) — verifies that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script.

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — hosting, content delivery, and storage of client portal files.

Analytics and marketing cookies do not load until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on this site. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features, but will not affect your ability to read the Site's core content.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping requirements).

Files shared through the client portal are kept for a limited period and are then removed automatically, unless the studio has marked them to be kept. Mailing list information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Client portal passwords are stored only as salted, hashed values and are never readable by us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it. California residents under 16 have additional rights regarding opt-in consent for the sale/sharing of their information under the CCPA, which we honor.

10. Shine the Light

Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information once per year about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent. If this changes, we will update this section accordingly.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
